Almost every DTH operator in the country right now are looking to bring some additional hardware product so that they can offer OTT content to the customers. Dish TV and Airtel Digital TV already introduced Android TV-based Set-Top Boxes priced at Rs 3,999, whereas Tata Sky has been offering Tata Sky Binge service for more than six months now. D2h is out of this race as we all know because it does not have any Android TV-based box nor a service like Tata Sky Binge. The only option available for D2h customers right now is the D2h Magic Stick which allows them to stream OTT content via the existing Set-Top Box. And at the price of Rs 399 and a monthly charges of just Rs 25, the D2h Magic is a worthy purchase. That said, D2h may come up with Android TV-based STB very soon since Dish TV already launched it in the market.
